 | Welcome to my site - upgraded 5th feb. 2011 | Apr 1, 2008 |
Hi, This is now my 2nd website I have made myself so please dont be too harsh about the outlook...hahaha! One day I will get a proper website done! This website is devoted to our dogs,The American Bulldog. They are such a fun-loving, loyal dog and will steal your heart away!! For those who dont know what they are, its the dog CHANCE of homeward bound & incredible journey (suregrips rattler) ,the big white dog of disney movie BINGO. (suregrips freddie krueger) ,and also the dog in Oliver twist. If you have clicked on this site to find an american bulldog puppy please contact me on 0403330820 or 0402351306 or email honeysugarkennels@gmail.com. you will see our expected breedings on our 2010 future litters page. Our kennel name is in memory of 'Honey' a beautiful Xbred we had and 'Sugar' our first american bulldog. PUPPIES NOW 2011 !!! (see puppy pics for each litter) Im also happy to pass you onto a good breeder if I dont have the puppy you are looking for. We breed more performance american bulldogs (scottline/hybrid), if you are looking for a fat lazy johnson, you wont find one here! All our girls are more athletic looking as we live on property and I need dogs with a bit of stamina. They would run about 10km everyday, and love it!! Our pups are 'bombproof' when they leave here. They love people as im a stay at home mum and spend lots of time with them, my 4yr old teaches them how to sit. I prefer a dog with good manners and teaching pups the earlier the better. Our puppies are very social and used to many noises and things such as motorbike noise, chainsaw, livestock, and other dogs. We aim for confident, active, fearless, loyal bulldogs. Very excited to announce we NOW HAVE bred our imported bitch LILLY to a male from Southern Cross American Bulldogs ZAC in May 2010 and ended up with a litter of 5 amazing pups, we will be keeping the 2 girls, HSK LULU and HSK ZAHLI. Lilly is hip & elbow scored, NCL tested clear and DNA profiled. These pups are ONE OF A KIND in Australia, you wont find these bloodlines anywhere else in oz. There will only be few for sale to the public so interests welcome.(2010 litter all sold) We live in Port Macquarie NSW but are happy to transport pups Australia wide, NZ, and worldwide if we feel you are the right home. Always feel free to contact me as Im always happy to talk bulldogs. Cheers. Jodie | Honeysugarkennels American Bulldogs | |

I read this somewhere and I think it is very wise. Please do your homework and research the breeder very carefully. Ask for references. You as purchasers have the right to check up on the breeder as well. Ask for health checks and get proof. This is a good breeder: A good breeder cares about, his/her puppies, adults and the breed. A good breeder will try his/her very best to produce a healthy puppy that is a good representation of the type. A good breeder will be able to recognize quality in different “styles” of the breed. A good breeder will look at the best and try to produce better. A good breeder will be the expectant mothers’ right hand man through out pregnancy. A good breeder will guarantee to the puppy when it is born that he/she (the breeder) will do every thing in their power to insure that that puppy will have a healthy, secure and happy life. A good breeder will climb in the whelping box and be a second mother caring, cleaning and feeding if necessary. A good breeder will present challenges to puppies that will prepare them for their new life. A good breeder will screen potential buyers in an effort to keep his/her guarantee to the puppy at birth. A good breeder will charge a fair price for the puppy the money, however, will not be the major consideration for sale. A good breeder will give the new owner a written list of do’s and don’ts. A good breeder’s heart will brake when the puppy goes to its new home. A good breeder will want to stay in contact with the new owner over the life of the dog. A good breeder will stand by his guarantee to the puppy if major health issues arise A good breeder will rejoice when he/she hears about the simplest of accomplishments. A good breeder will feel sad and perhaps cry when the puppy of long ago crosses over the bridge. I believe this is how it should be :)
